About Us
Our Vision
Our Acadamy is for the young football player who wants to develop and become the Elite player, we create personalised training and nutrition plans to support each individual in their development and goals, we carry out 1-2-1 training sessions to improve and develop all areas of their game whilst also offering the career guidance and support that they may need. We offer home nutrition and training plans along with their full membership package and also carry out 3 monthly assessments to gauge there strengths and weaknesses and the way forward in their development plan. Our vision is to create the complete player.
Membership
Each Member of the Acadamy will recieve;
- Full Acadamy training kit and tracksuit top
- Access to 1-2-1 training sessions
- Provided a Nutrition plan
- Provide individual Home training schedules
- Be assessed and monitored every 3 months
- Access to any guidance and advice required
Development
The aim for each member;
- To focus on enjoying your football
- To develop the players all round game
- Time to work on specific parts of your game
- To become stronger and fitter
- 1-2-1 focus on any requirements
- Guidance and focus on how to develop and improve
1-2-1 Sessions
Our 1-2-1 sessions are tailored to meet the childs needs, each individual will require a different style of session, upon initial assesmant the coaches will create specific session plans to suit the child, 1-2-1 sessions are available for both advacnced acadamey members and also guests, please contact us for availability.
Season long Group Training Programmes
We offer a selection of small group training programmes, these are weekly sessions running throughout the season, the sessions are designed to replicate a professional academy training programme working on individual skill and movement along with strength and conditioning.

Thursday Evening Group Sessions
We have weekly group sessions on a Thursday evening, these are for boys & girls and are for any age group, we have a development group for beginners and younger children followed by a Advanced session for Acadamy players and guest (invite only) these sessions are monitored and progression to the academy is offered.

Small Group Sessions
If your child has a freind or sibling that they would like to train with we are more than happy to tailor the sessions for them, we can do a varied range of 1-2 , 1-3 or even 1-4 sessions on request, please contact us shfootballacadamy.co.uk
