Purchase terms

1. Introduction

By making a purchase or engaging with the services offered by SH Football (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (the “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and SH Football, the entity responsible for providing the goods or services you purchase.

We offer a variety of goods and services, including but not limited to memberships, merchandise, or training programs. Detailed descriptions and pricing for specific goods or services are provided at purchase.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via our payment processor, Adyen. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, and other supported methods. Payments may occur as:

Instant Transactions: Payment is deducted immediately upon confirmation.

Subscriptions: Payments for recurring services will be charged at the intervals agreed upon during subscription setup. Customers can manage or cancel subscriptions by contacting us directly.

4. Delivery Information

Responsibility for Delivery: Delivery of goods or services is managed directly by us.

Timeframe: Delivery times vary depending on the product or service.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are managed according to our policies, refunds are at the discretion of the club and may not always be upheld.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Purchase: Customers must contact us directly.

Process: Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. For physical goods, the Customer may be required to return the product in its original condition.

Responsibility: We are solely responsible for ensuring refunds and cancellations are handled appropriately.
