REFERRALS

Our coaches have extensive knowledge of professional football and we are lucky to have professional scouts working for our club. We have ties to many premier league clubs that we constantly lease with regarding any players of interest. We make referrals for those players who are showing exceptional talent for an 8 week trial. This experience is a great opportunity for the player to showcase their talent and can lead to signing Academy forms, our staff assist all of our kids through there journey and are in ongoing discussions with the clubs throughout the process.

We have had 11 Academy signings in the last 2 seasons.

Tuesday Development Centre - Avant High School, Wemborough Rd, Stanmore HA7 2EQ

Thursday Elite Training - Tithe Farm Sports Club, 151 Rayners Lane, Harrow, HA2 0XH

Saturday U8 to U10 Games - Rectory Park, 163 Byron Way, Northolt UB5 6BB

Saturday U11 to U15 Games - St Joan of Arch School, High St, Rickmansworth WD3 1HG

The advanced Academy is the next step of our performance pathway, focussing on the U7s to U15s age groups, these sessions are for players who are showing signs of potential and are keen to progress further and develop their football ability.
The session plans are more detailed and are aimed at developing more technical areas of the game along with more demanding training sessions.

Weekly sessions every Tuesday 5.30pm-6.30pm.
 

The Elite Academy is the top level of our performance pathway, focussing on the U8s to U15s age groups, these sessions are for players who are now playing at a high level and have both the ability and mindset that we feel is required for them to push into Academy football.
The session plans are similar to that of a professional football club, our Elite squads also play fixtures against other Academies and also play in the Junior Premier League, giving the child a chance to test themselves and showcase there skills against similar elite players.
