MEET THE TEAM

Academy Director & U16 Head Coach

Former professional youth footballer and over 300 non league appearances with clubs such as Sutton United, leathered & Hampton & Richmond.

Simon Started the academy in 2019 to help development of local football talent, also Lead scout for League 2 side  AFC Wimbledon.

U14 Head Coach

Joe is our head U12 coach and strives on giving off positivity and it shows in the attitude of his current squad, Joe is UEFA C qualified and scheduled to do his UEFA B license soon. Joe has been at the club since its inception in 2019.

U13 Head Coach

Raj is extremely passionate about his football and the technical side of the game. Rajesh is a FA level 2 badge holder and is currently in his first season with the club. Raj is also a school sports coach and has many years of experience.

Head of foundation Phase & U12 Head Coach

Phillip is a UEFA C qualified coach and is currently completing his Bachelors degree in football coaching & management. Phillip has a very adaptive style of coaching and focuses on our young players personal development and growth to set them up for years to come.

U11 Head Coach

Jay is our head U9 coach, with many years of playing and coaching experience at clubs such as Carshalton Athletic FC, Jay is a FA Level 2 badge holder.

U9 Assistant Coach

D'vonte is a keen young coach who is starting out his coaching career, he has completed his FA level 1 and is  hoping to add to his experience and complete his UEFA C course sometime this season.

U10 Head Coach 

Jack leads our u8s development, this is the starting point for our young players and Jacks sessions are extremely well run making sure the children are engaged at all times.

Jack is a level 1 FA badge holder & plays for Rayners Lane & Watford PDC U18

Goalkeeper Coach 

Will has started a new role with the club, Will oversees and looks after all of our young Goalkeepers making sure they get the development training they require in each area. Will is a Goal keeper himself playing for sides such as Wealdstone FC youth.

Staff Coach

Geoff was a founder of the club, he is a pro license holder with over 40 years of experience working at many professional clubs over the  including assistant manager for Wimbledon, Watford & Sheffield United first teams. Working alongside many of the worlds greats Geoff has a wealth of knowledge to offer.
